Green Juices, Smoothies, and teas I love...


Juice of:
1 cucumber
2 celery sticks
2 apples
2 lime

Blend together with:
2 oz or more of wheatgrass
2 cups of coconut water

1 whole cucumber, washed and cut
6 celery ribs
1 or 2 green apples
handful of sunflower sprouts
1 inch piece of ginger

Juice it all up by alternating the ingredients so that your juicer runs smoothly..

Juice it up and consciously and slowly drink it up!

If you don't  have access to sprouts, keep things simple and juice the rest of the veggies.. it's still all superpower goodness!


1 banana
3 Tbsp of Raw Cacao Nibs
2 Tbsp of fresh mint leafs (or more for a more minty flavour)
3 dates
1 (or 2) droppers of Marine Phytoplancton
1/2 tsp Schinoussa SeaVegetable Powder
1 tsp hemp seeds
2 cups of nut mylk of your choice (almond is nice and sweet)  or water (Hado water even better! or Almond mylk made with Hado water!)
Pinch of sea salt

Blend it all up, you want to have some of the Cacao Nibs chunks in there. Yum.
Note: my body doesn't need large amounts of protein. So the amounts of SeaVegetables and Hemps seeds are little. If you find your body does well with more, by all means up it up!


4 cups of brewed tea from the Chaga mushroom, palo d'arco, burdock root, goji beries.  (one or in combination).
1 cup of almonds (soaked overnight in water)
1 1/2 Tbs Ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cardamon
1 tsp. all spice
1/4 tsp. black pepper or 4 black pepper balls
pinch sea salt
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/4 cup soft dates (medjool works great)
2 Tbs. raw honey

Rinse soaked almonds and blend with the tea and all other ingredients at high speed until smooth. Pour through a fine strainer or nut milk bag. Adjust taste if necessary. Gently heat it up and warm your soul! It's sooo rawllygood!
