Nothing fancy but loyal as could be.

As you may have noticed I add herbs to my juices on a regularly basis. I love cilantro, parsley and mint these days.... mixed up with my green juice! and I love knowing what my loyal friends are up to...

Here is a list of 5 commonly used herbs found in the grocery stores and their very prescious talents a.k.a. Health Benefits:

Cilantro Health Benefits
CILANTRO (also known as Coriander) is an antimicrobial and anti-bacterial. It fights off infections and other bugs in the body, as well as, it is a powerful natural cleansing agent that has been effectively used to help remove heavy metals and other toxic agents from the body. Also, the rich qualities of cilantro oil have a powerfully positive effect on our inner digestive tract. The oils aid our digestive system in its production of digestive enzymes, acids and juices.

PARSLEYParsley neutralizes toxins in your liver, inhibits abnormal cell growth (preventing tumors and cancers), and boosts the immune system. It improves digestion, promotes urination and relieves mucous based conditions such as excess weight, swollen glands, and bladder and kidney conditions.
